Remote Assistance
What is remote assistance? it's a simple process were we here at DScity can look at your computer whilst you are at home and we are at our office. Don't worry we need your permission and you have to give us a meeting number and password in order for us to have a look at your PC (See picture below). All that is required is a little bit of free software to be downloaded to your PC and an Internet connection. All connections are secure and no one else can get into your computer without your permission.
Once you have loaded the free software on to your computer and you have given us permission then we can see your computer on our computer and we can interact over the phone and fix faults, it's that easy, simple and get your computer running again.
